Rights and obligations of formal agents:

2. After authorization, the Huaguan website will display the agent information;

3. Huaguan has exhibitions or advertising publications that can distribute materials and promotion to agents;

4. Provide regular technical and business training to agents;

5. Agents and major clients will be protected after filing;

Termination of agency (the right to terminate unilaterally):

1. During the agency period, it was found that business cards, websites, and publications did not display the Huaguan brand LOGO,

2. If it is found that there is a conflict in most of the products owned by its own brand or other competing brands, Huaguan has the unilateral right to terminate the agency qualification;
